Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Averlyn & Co and is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with U.S. consumer protection standards.
Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast fulfillment.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 8 hours of placing your order by contacting info@averlynandco.com.

  • Processing Fee: Up to 5% may be deducted from refunds to cover payment and administrative costs.

  • After 8 Hours: Orders typically enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.


2. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return Period: Requests accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and labels.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Jewelry (earrings and pierced) if seal is opened

  • Swimwear & lingerie if hygiene seal is removed


3. Return Shipping & Tracking

  • Return Location: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

  • Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for shipping, customs, and import fees.

Tracking (Required):

  • Trackable shipping is required for international returns.

  • Returns without tracking cannot be monitored and may become ineligible for refunds.

Return Tracking Team:

  • Email info@averlynandco.com with tracking details immediately after shipping.

  • This allows our team to monitor the shipment and handle delays efficiently.

  • Without tracking confirmation, we cannot process or verify the return.

  1. Past misuse of free return labels and refund requests

  3. Minimizes environmental impact by reducing unnecessary international shipping


4. Sizing & Fit Information

We strive to provide accurate sizing information to help you choose the best fit.

Measurement Tolerance:
As indicated on the size chart on each product page, please allow for a 0.5–1 inch variance due to manual measurement and manufacturing tolerances.

Our Error

If an item differs materially from our size chart:

  • Provide clear photos with a measuring tape

  • Include a photo of the item being worn

Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement.

Customer Size Selection

If the selected size does not fit as expected:

  • We offer a one-time replacement at cost price

  • No return is required


5. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact info@averlynandco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Minor imperfections (loose threads, slight odors, stitch irregularities) are normal and not considered defects.


Shipping, Delays & Lost Packages

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only. Packages may be delayed due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delayed Orders / Orders in Transit

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted, even if delivery is delayed.
If your package is delayed and you no longer need the item, we kindly ask that you wait until it arrives.
Once received, you are welcome to return it using our standard return policy.

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only if there is no tracking update for 30 calendar days. Once confirmed lost, we will provide either a full refund or a free replacement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

  • Legal Compliance: All claims are handled according to U.S. consumer protection laws and payment provider rules.
